When you make a purchase with us we will need some information to process your order or issue personalised emails. This information helps us get your jewellery to you as quick as possible. When you register with us we will need your: Name and e-mail address. If you place an order we will need your credit card number; expiry date; relevant security details; telephone number; postal address and finally your billing address. Your email address and telephone number stay with us and us alone and we ensure that the processing of your data will be done lawfully, fairly and transparently.
Terms of sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We must receive the payment in whole. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order takes place on the dispatch of our products to you unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order.
Goods purchased from Old Mine may be returned within 14 days of purchase providing that the items are unused and in their original condition & packaging. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com within 2 days to let us know that you wish to return an item.
Customised items and sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
