Condition and measurements
All measurements are approximate. Please inspect photos closely as these are a part of the description. Oldmine always strive to disclose all information in the description but since all items are antique or vintage, what qualifies as excellent condition for old pieces differs from contemporary pieces. Normal age related wear should be expected if nothing else is stated. If you would like to see more pictures or have Oldmine elaborate on something in the description, please contact Oldmine before purchasing on @oldmine_jewelry.

Gemstones
Gemstones don’t come with certificates or gemstone reports unless this is mentioned in the description. All fine gemstones are tested and assessed by certified gemologist and the description of the gemstone is based on this assessment. Should customer wish to have an official gemological report on the gemstone, Oldmine can have this done for you (for an extra fee). Please contact Oldmine to discuss before purchasing.

Delivery
Oldmine offers worldwide UPS express shipping on all orders (around 2 working days). All purchases will be shipped within one working day, and customer will receive an email with tracking number. Please note that Oldmine is not responsible for lost packlages if the shipping information customer has provided is incorrect OR the customer don’t contact Oldmine as soon as possible or no later than 30 days after purchasing if the package has not arrived. Also Oldmine is not responsible for lost packages due to invalid shipping address, refused packages (say if customer chooses not to pay customs or customer do not pick up package or arrange a redelievery after failed delievery attempts). Oldmine is not responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or tariffs that might incur. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of duties levied.

Cancellations
If customer wishes to cancel purchase this must be done within one hour of completing the purchase by sending me a message on Instagram (@oldmine_jewelry). Oldmine will then refund your money but please note that a 10 % restocking fee will be deducted from the amount. Please note that cancellations and returns will not be accepted on the basis of duties levied.

Returns
Oldmine doesn’t exchange items but will gladly accept returns and refund your money. Shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10 % will be deducted from the refund amount. To return the item please:

• Contact Oldmine within 24 hours of receiving the item to inform that you wish to return the item. Oldmine will provide you with the return address.

• Return the item within 2 working days of receiving the item. The shipping cost is held by you.

• Ship with UPS EXPRESS. Other courier services are not accepted. Please fully insure the package since I am not responsible for loss or damage.

• Mark the package as “returned goods/return” when you fill out the customs form. Please do not include any cards and invoices. Only the customs form. Any duties, taxes, and/or tariffs incurred for returned items will be deducted from the refund amount.

The following items can't be returned, cancelled or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized orders, resized and altered items.

• Items on sale

• Items brought on layaway/a payment plan.

• If you have already cancelled or returned items before.

Layaway
The first installment must be done immediately to reserve the item and serves as a down payment also. This payment is non-refundable or transferable to another item. All sales on layaway are final. If you cancel the layaway or fail to pay an installment, Oldmine will send you a gift code for the shop on the amount already paid (please note that the down payment will be deducted from this).

Privacy Policy
Oldmine is committed to protect and respect your privacy. This notice describes what personal data, Oldmine collect and how Oldmine will use that data. Oldmine collect and process only the data that is required to allow Oldmine to provide my services to you. To complete and dispatch your order, Oldmine collect the following data when you set up an account or shop at Oldmineshop.com: Your name, billing address, delivery address, payment details, mobile number, telephone number, and email.
