Sublime 18K Gold Bracelet 22 Grams 1944
This is a very special 18K solid rose gold bracelet from the 2nd World war era!
It’s a flatter variant of the anchor link but with two different types of links. A round one and a oval one - and they are delicious!!!! AND sooo comfortable and easy to wear.
The color of this piece is amazing. It has the most beautiful soft rose colored tone. Not the one they make today but that old fashioned beautiful hue from the old days.
She’s a Swedish handmade bracelet from 1944 - right before the 2nd World War ended. Can you imagine this? The world was so poor at that time so this bracelet must have been commissioned by someone quite fortunate!
The bracelet was made by the Swedish goldsmith Gustav Adolf Dahlberg (active from 1939-1959). He had a workshop in Stockholm and made so many beautiful pieces that have survived for generations.
The bracelet weighs 21 grams and has a beautiful well working box clasp with a cute security curb chain. The clasp has wonderful crisp Swedish hallmarks.
She’s 7.9 inches long and can be resized by your local jeweler.
The condition is excellent with minor age related wear wear. The flat rounded link is 6 mm wide and the oval one is 2x3 mm.
