Rare Small Size Edwardian Flower Band 1900 18K Gold
A 121 year old fabulous Edwardian engraved gold band in a rare small size!
As you might have noticed I don’t have a lot of these antique patterned bands anymore since they are getting harder and harder to find in good condition so I’m pretty pleased to offer this one for sale.
This extraordinary beautiful wedding band was made back in 1900 (can you imagine that!!) in Birmingham, and she was done in the most beautiful 18K gold.
She weighs a great 5.5 grams. She’s 7 mm wide Such a substantial ring!
The band has beautiful carefully engraved flowers, all the way around. Like a beautiful, old garden in the spring.
She fits like a 4.25 US.
The condition is excellent, the band is still so soft and thick and delicious. The band has signs of resizing inside. Outside the sizing shows as a smudged flower on the backside (see pic). The price is set accordingly.
All colored areas on the pattern are just reflections from the surroundings and camera.
