Dream Flower Cuff 18K Solid Gold 1957
I can’t even!! This is perhaps one of the most beautiful creatures I have had in my little boutique.
She’s 18K solid gold. And she’s Italian with Swedish control marks. This means that she was made in Italy and then stamped at arrival to Sweden for carat verification.
It is an actual piece of art: Two beautiful meticulously engraved golden leaves with white gold detailing that wraps around your wrist!
The cuff has inside engravings for Margit 1957, 1st of July.
Maybe Margit and her husband traveled to Venice that summer in 1957, and Margit fell in love with this one after a gondola ride? It must have cost a small fortune at that time...! Margit was indeed a very lucky woman that summer of love in ‘57.
Anyways the cuff weighs a whopping 32 grams. She’s 18-35mm wide. And has a well-working hinge holding her absolutely securely on the wrist. The inside measurement is 6.7 inches. The diameter is 57x49 mm.
The condition is excellent with very little age-related wear. All colored areas are reflections from the surroundings and camera (also the grey on the leaves in the first picture). The cuff has no discoloration whatsoever.
