Ultra Heavy Chunky 55 Grams Danish Vintage Anchor Necklace 14K Gold 1970
I have a HEAVY, chunky monkey with rare GRADUATED links for you today!!!
She’s the most beautiful example on a Danish vintage 14K solid (solid through and through that is!!) gold chain handmade by one of my fave goldsmiths, Svend Glymers who was active from 1932-1982 in Copenhagen. He did this one in the 1970s.
The craftmanship of the chain is just beautiful. Each link is perfectly formed and the condition is excellent with minor signs of age.
The clasp is a beautiful hidden box clasp with double security. Fully marked for maker and carat.
All colored areas on the gold are just reflections.
The lenght is 16 inches/40.5 cm, and she has graduated links on 4.2-6 mm wide. Whopping 55 grams heavy!!!!!!
