French Sterling Silver Horse Bracelet By Arthus Bertrand & Cie 1940s

I just looove how amazingly detailed the horse heads are. The manes, the ears, the shape… All insane! The bangle is a true masterpiece done by the French master, French Arthus Bertrand & Cie in Paris, 1940's.
Claude Arthus-Bertrand founded his workshop in Paris in 1803. He was an army officer during the French Revolution and found an interest medallions which he started making for the Government and Royal Court. He later started to hire famous artists to come and design jewelry for him, like Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi (who he is sculptor of the Statue of Liberty) and Fernand Léger.
The bangle is done in sterling silver and weighs 29.7 grams. It’s 4-25mm wide. The horse heads are each 18x22 mm. The inside diamater is 66x56 and inside circumference is 7.5 inches.
The condition is excellent with normal age-related wear.
