On a perfect, rainy Swedish, September autumn day, Verner proposed to Martha with the most beautiful shiny gold band in 23K gold. He had probably been saving up to that ring for ages. Martha was in love with her Swedish boy and said yes!
I wonder how their life went about. They got we’d just before the war, and a rough time was definitely ahead.
When I hold the ring I sense happiness, warmth and positivity so I have a feeling that this was a happy marriage. I always think that different old pieces send out different vibrations but maybe that’s just me?

The ring is just pure perfection! So old and in fabulous condition with a soft loved patina that matches that pastel yellow color beautifully.
And Verner and Martha’s inscriptions on the inside… oh so so beautiful!
The ting can all be resized without harming inscriptions, patina and hallmarks.
The ring is a perfect and rare 2.5 mm in width. And it’s a thick one on 2.5 mm also. Perfect for stacking! 6.7 GRAMS HEAVY!!
It has full Swedish hallmarks for 1934 (inscribed Verner and Martha November 25 1934.
