I have already told you that I think that this is the sexiest necklace that I have ever touched right? Well she is! And she’s absolutely magic on the neck (will show you later).
The necklace is Danish and dates to the 1960s. She was done in hand by Danish Goldsmith Henrik Hansen (active from 1959-1969). And she’s beautifully made! So well thought out. I have never seen anything like her and I doubt that I ever will again.
It’s a brick link chain but with a significant variation! One end lays over the other one. This is so clever and looks absolutely gorgeous when worn. A detail that I fell in love with the minute I saw it.
The chain is done in 14K solid gold and weighs a hefty 45 grams! Girl has got some real chunkiness!
She is 7 mm wide and is 16.2 inches long. The layover part measures 25x30 mm.
The condition is excellent with normal age related wear. All weird colored areas are just reflections from the surroundings. The chain has no kinks, bends etc. She links are aligned and in perfect condition as if they were just made.
The double security clasp is beautifully done and in well working condition.
