Rare Longer Danish Vintage Cleopatra Necklace 14K Gold 1966
I’m so excited!!! I have been searching high am low for one of these and now I found one!
This brick link chain with the coolest graduated links is a seeeeexy and perhaps more unique alternative to the classic herringbone chain.
The chain was handmade in Denmark in the 1960s where this style was totally in vogue. The goldsmith Jørgen Lønne (active from 1966-1981) did an amazing job with this one! The graduated link design is so well thought out and meticulously done.
The chain is 17.5 inches /44.5 cm long and 5-13 mm wide, and made in 14K solid gold. She weighs a whopping 39 grams (meaning that this is a HEAVY one!).
She’s marked for gold carat and maker, and the condition is excellent with zero to minor signs of age. I have just had her polished.
