Masterly Natural Emerald Necklace 18K Gold
This masterpiece of a necklace was made by the Swedish goldsmith Löwengrens Guldsmedsaffär in Avesta and dates to the early to mid-1900s.
She’s made in solid 18K gold and measures a whopping 21 inches with a wonderful weight of 28,3 grams. The bottom row (the drapings) hangs approximately 12 mm lower than the upper row (on 21 inches). Hope this makes sense?
The little irresistible rolo links - or belcher links as they are also called - are 3 mm wide and they are in excellent condition. There are no signs of repair and they are intact and ready to wear as much as you would like.
The clasp has beautiful engravings and a little river Pearl in the center. It’s working perfectly and is secure.
And the emeralds… oh dear what emeralds. The magical center emerald measures 5.5 mm and the other four measure 4 and 5 mm. The three lower bigger emeralds are slightly lighter than the two smaller upper emeralds. They are all natural ✌🏻
