Absolutely Stunning Jo-Ans Curb Chain 18K Gold
This is a beautiful example of a Swedish vintage curb link on 16.5 inches. The chain is 4 mm wide and weighs a great 22.7 grams. It might be hard to imagine how much 23 grams actually are but this one feels surprisingly heavy because the links are also unusual thick.
The color on the chain is radiant and warm and delicious. You can’t just the color on the model pics (we had a bit of light problems) but the other ones are true to color.
The chain has full Swedish hallmarks on the box clasp and was made by the female Swedish goldsmith Jo-Ans Guld in Valskog in the 1970s. Jo-An did an amazing job with this one. The craftsmanship is absolutely impeccable.
The condition is excellent with minor age related wear. Clasp is working perfectly.
