Amazing 216 Year Old Ring 18K Gold 1805
I’m so proud to offer this amazing historic piece from 1805 for sale.
She bears the Swedish date hallmark Y2 that stands for 1805 so she’s dating to the Georgian era. She also has some makers marks and beautiful engraved initials: SLS.
She’s made in 18K solid gold and has little twisted wires all around and the cutest beautiful blue enamel flower in the middle. The wires are not fixed. They can move up and down and were made to do this.
The ring is in AMAZING condition. Like the caretakers through time have kept this like the treasure it is and only won’t it on special occasions.
The gold is in great condition, no scruffs to edges or scratches. The yellow enamel in the middle and the flower has some tiny wee holes. Looks like something that happened during the painting process. Like bursted air bobbles.
The ring fits like a 9.75 US and not sizeable so I’m calling out to all my #bigfingersisters or perhaps a man!?
The band is 7 mm wide.
