YELLOW GOLD Bangle 14K Gold 1980s
This listing is for the YELLOW gold bangle!
You know I’m obsessed about bangles and I have a feeling that you are too!
I just found these heavy 14K solid gold beauties on my treasure hunt today and I couldn’t be more excited.
They are done by the same goldsmith Tine S, probably comissioned by the same client cause they are exactly the same size.
One is rose gold and one is yellow gold and they compliment each other so so well (get both!!)
They measure 62x50 in inside diameter and the inside circumference is 6.7 inches. The open with a very clever hidden hook look.
Both are solid good through and through (not hollow) and they each weigh a whopping 28.5 grams!
The both have normal age related wear to surface, yellow gold one has a teeny tiny dent by the look, noticeable at all. Both hinges are a bit wiggle (side to side) - there’s nothing wrong with the hinges, they are not broken in any way. I just see this a lot with these hinged bangles. The hinges are perfectly durable and has probably been like this since they were made. The rose gold one opens wider and is more wiggly. I have priced the bangles accordingly since this might be considered a beauty flaw.
