Beautiful Italian Liquid Gold Chain 18K 1970s
Sometimes, I get lucky when sourcing. I had one of these Italian liquid chains last week, and I have never seen one before. And then I find this one - equally fabulous!
Last week's one was 14K, and this one is 18K, making it a bit warmer in the tone. And more expensive, of course (yet priced to go!)
This one is 18.3 inches long, weighs a whopping 24 grams (with solid links). She is HEAVY! She’s 3.5mm wide.
The condition is absolutely excellent. All colored areas you see are just reflections from the surroundings and the camera.
She dates to the 1970s, and I see her on the neck of Karen Lynn Gorney in Saturday Night Fever! She reeks of disco glamour and long hot summer nights (and we will get those this summer!)
