I just loooove this link type. The chain is Danish and the Danes call the links “Geneva”. It’s sort of a bigger, more textured herringbone link type with a twist of flat wheat link? Anyway, I think this link type is absolutely sexy AF and I will guarantee that this chain will be your everyday go to for the whole summer... and autumn... and winter!! 😅
She lays very beautifully on the neck with the highly flexible links following every curve 👏🏻 (I will model her later).
The quality of the piece is extremely good. She’s handmade by the renowned goldsmith Christian Veilskov (active from 1963-1986) in the 70s.
The chain is 14K solid gold, and she’s HEAVY on 36 grams. She’s 16 inches long and the links are 7.5 mm wide. She has a perfect hidden, well working double security clasp that will keep her in place on your neck for many, many years to come.
The condition is excellent with very minor age related wear. Any dark areas on the gold are just reflections from the surroundings.
