Miss Sweetheart here has got 16 sparkly VS/SI diamonds on approximately 0.75 carats in total. She measures 13x14mm (18x14 with bale) and is 3-5mm high.

She weighs 2 grams and has a slightly concave shape making her look super cute and puffy.

The diamonds are sparkly, well-matched (may seem slightly different in the pics, but they are not IRL), and secure in the setting. My jeweler has given them a check-up.
