Gorgeous Vintage 18K Gold Moonstone Pendant, Sweden 1959

A little drop of moonlight in warm 18K gold - a round moonstone cabochon glowing at the heart of an openwork frame of swirling, hand-finished scrolls. She was made in Sweden in 1959 and carries her full set of hallmarks - you can read them yourself in my hallmark encyclopedia: Swedish Hallmarks

The stone has that soft, drifting blue glow that seems to float under the surface when she moves - I have written about why moonstone does that here: What Is Moonstone?

She measures around 36 x 15 mm including the bail. She is shown on a chain in the photo - the chain is not included, so she comes ready for the chain you already love. She is in excellent condition with minor signs of age.
